RETURNS
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery of your item to request a return.
To initiate a return, please visit our Return Portal: rbfmovement.com/returns
To initiate an exchange, please email rbfmovement@gmail.com along with your order number.
If you're experiencing any issues, feel free to contact us at rbfmovement@gmail.com along with your order number.
Once we receive your return request and the $8 restocking fee we will provide a prepaid USPS label to ship back your glasses. Upon receiving a tracking number for your return, we will process a refund.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We are unable to process returns outside of 30-days past delivery. Gift cards are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
Once you receive notification that your refund has been processed, it may take 7-10 business days to be reflected on your statement.
